Whenever i come back to miami, fl this is the place to stay, i will be going on another cruise next year and this is where i will stay and i love the shuttle service that picks you up and takes you right to the ship!!!!

The air-conditioning did not work in several of the rooms our parties were staying in. We reported the problem to the front desk on arrival , but after three days at our meeting, the problem was not fixed.
" The food on certain days was sub-standard with meat products under cooked.Very impressed...will stay here again :)"

My daughter-in-law & i booked a suite for 1 night with plans to cruise the following day. I wanted something affordable with amenities and this hotel more than met my expectations ! The suite was very clean and well maintained and included a "dreamy" mattress on the bed. Best nights sleep i've ever had in a hotel.
